Question about GPS
If you are using an automotive unit it shouldn't last longer than that reason being is that you always have a readily available power source.
if you are using a handheld unit (hiking, etc.) with rechargeable batteries then you might need to replace the batteries.
there are a couple of ways to prolong battery life.
1: turn the brightness down in the display settings.
2: turn the volume down of the unit
