Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I don't know what happened. Got a text and when I opened phone to read it,it went dark then started showing # signs over and over, then making a sound. I took the bat out and let it sit overnight but this am all it will do is input the # sign almost to infinity. I am a disabled grandmother with no money to replace this phone. Can you help me?
Unfortunately the device is showing that it is defective and needs to be replaced. I would look into replacement options such as an upgrade if you are eligible to do so. If not there are some inexpensive prepaid devices that you can place your sim card in and it will work just fine.
I hope this answers your question.
