You can reset it with RESET/wps button it is in back side of router.Press it for 10 seconds then all settings defaults.
Then You need to configure your router.
For that Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link.
http://192.168.0.1
or
http://192.168.1.1
If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it.
Then it ask for user name and password.
Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank.
Then you can see configuration page of router.
Click on WAN settings and set those settings as your internet service provider settings.
Enable DHCP if you want to get ip from router.
Clickon wireless settings enable wireless then enable WEP Security then add WEP code .It is your password to connect wi fi.Then save settings and restart router.
Then you can connect your wi fi network with that code.

To perform hard reset on your Linksys router, follow the steps below:
NOTE: The location of the Reset button may vary for every model.
If the normal reset does not work, unplug and re-plug the router's power adapter while pressing the Reset button.
You can also reset the router via its web-based setup page. Follow the steps below to learn how.
Resetting the Router Using the Web-Based Setup Page
Step 1:
Access the router's web-based setup page. To learn how, click here.

Step 2:
Click the Administration tab then click on the Factory Defaults sub-tab.
NOTE: If the screen on your router's web-based setup page is different, click here.
Step 3:
Under the Factory Defaults section, click on the Restore Factory Defaults button.
The default settings of your router are now restored.
Reset There are two ways to reset the Router's
factory defaults. Either press and hold the Reset
Button for approximately five seconds, or restore
the defaults from Administration > Factory
Defaults in the Router's web-based utility.
There should be a small hole with a red circle around it on the back of the router next to the power plug hole. Use a pin or straighten paper clip to push the tiny button.
Option 2
Restore the defaults from the Password tab in the Bridge's Web-Based Utility.
The following steps will guide user on how to reset the bridge based on Option 2.
Step 1:
Double click the Internet Explorer web browser on your Desktop.
Step 2:
Type the Music Bridge's default IP address, 192.168.1.210 in the Address field. Then press Enter.
Step 3:
A password request page will appear. Use the default password admin and click OK.
NOTE: You can set a new password later at the Password tab.
Step 4:
This is the default page you will see in the Bridge's Web-Based Utility. Click the Password tab.
Step 5:
At the Password tab, click the Restore Factory Default button and click Apply to save the changes.
NOTE: Resetting the Music Bridge will erase all of your
settings and replace them with the factory defaults. Do not reset the
Bridge if you want to retain these settings.

Step 1:
Take note of the current settings of the router before resetting.
Step 2:
Press and hold the Reset button of the router for 30 seconds.

Step 3:
If the normal reset does not work, try to press and hold the Reset button for three seconds. The Ethernet light should go OFF then back ON. Unplug and re-plug the router's power adapter while pressing the Reset button. Keep holding the reset until the power light stops blinking.
NOTE: The router must be powered ON when you press the Reset button.
