You can reset it with RESET/wps button it is in back side of router.Press it for 10 seconds then all settings defaults.
Then You need to configure your router.
For that Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link.
http://192.168.0.1
or
http://192.168.1.1
If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it.
Then it ask for user name and password.
Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank.
Then you can see configuration page of router.
Click on WAN settings and set those settings as your internet service provider settings.
Enable DHCP if you want to get ip from router.
Clickon wireless settings enable wireless then enable WEP Security then add WEP code .It is your password to connect wi fi.Then save settings and restart router.
Then you can connect your wi fi network with that code.

Resetting the Linksys Router to Factory Default
To reset the router to its default settings, press and hold the Reset button located at the back of the router for 10 seconds.
IMPORTANT: Older Linksys devices may require pressing and holding the Reset button for 30 seconds to complete the reset process.

Forgotten password

The Linksys default password is admin., exactly as you see it in bold. Also, there are two ways to reset the Router's factory defaults. Either press and hold the Reset Button for approximately five seconds, or restore the defaults from Administration > Factory Defaults in the Router's web-based utility.

There should be a small hole with a red circle around it on the back of the router next to the power plug hole. Use a pin or straighten paper clip to push the tiny button.

Press the Reset Button on your bridge for approximately ten seconds and then release it.

Step 1:
Double click the Internet Explorer web browser on your Desktop.

NOTE: Pressing the Reset button on the back of the router for 30 seconds will reset your router to its factory default settings. All of the settings of the router will then be erased and the router's IP address will become 192.168.1.1.

Step 1:
Take note of the current settings of the router before resetting.
Step 2:
Press and hold the Reset button of the router for 30 seconds.

If the normal reset does not work, try to press and hold the Reset button for three seconds. The Ethernet light should go OFF then back ON. Unplug and re-plug the router's power adapter while pressing the Reset button. Keep holding the reset until the power light stops blinking.
NOTE: The router must be powered ON when you press the Reset button.

Step 1:

To access the web-based utility, launch the web browser on
your computer, and enter the Router’s default IP address,

A login screen will appear. (Non-Windows XP users will
see a similar screen.) Leave the User name field blank. The
first time you open the Web-based utility, use the default
password admin. (You can set a new password from the
Administration tab’s Management screen.) Click OK to
continue.
