Remove the back panel and get to the drain trough. Using a hair dryer heat until it starts getting a lot of water. Dry with towel and repeat. After several minutes take some boiling water and pour in the drain trough and let set. Do this with ref off. After about 30 minutes the tube will be cleared again. Hope this helps. Rick

The Ice and water dispenser does not work. The ice maker is working and making ice. There seems to be no power to the control panel on the frezer door.

I had the same problem... is may be a broken wire from the bottom of the refrigerator to the door control panel. Mine has a broken white wire with red stripe. You have to remove the the control box from the front, small screwdriver, pry gently at the two solts at the bottom of the box, it should pop out. Disconnect the connector harness to the box and set it aside. Then you can ohm out the wires to the lower unit by color code (remove the bottom grill -2 screws) to get to the main harness connector. Not a quick job, but mine is now working after I added an external wire from bottom to control box. Next BIG project is to route new wire through the door. By the way Sears service says there is no fix and a new door assembly is $700.

Water freezing on floor of freezer and leaking on to floor in front of freezer?

I have narrowed my similar problem (with a KitchenAid) down to a leak in the ice maker refill line. To test if this is your problem also, scrape the ice out, then turn off your ice maker (raise the lever as if it is full) and see if ice no longer forms down at the bottom over the next few days.

Frezer temp @ -5 ,referagerator @ 47 degrees. how can I get it colder /

determine if freezer fan is running. If not thats the problem.
Remove the back panel in freezer to access the fan.
Check for frost buildup on back bottom of freezer panel
Sometimes this is a auto defrost problem or ice buildup on
freezer coils.
If ice on the freezer coils is restricting air to the ref.
To confirm ice you will need to turn off ref. for 24 hrs and let the ice melt OR remove back panel in the freezer and visually look for ice in the evaporator coils. if it works fine when you turn it on take your mod number to a local Appliance parts store and they will sell and instruct how to fix the Defrost system

This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer

Water leaks out of freezer once or twice per day

is there water frozen on the frezer floor.if yes your defrost drain is froze over.it only happens a few times a day because happening when its going into defrost, the water melts on the frezer evaporater then should go in the drain.if blocked it then runs on floor.you could turn of your refer for 8 hours or so.or get to the bottom of frezer behind back frezer panel[remove]and use a hair dryer to thaw drain use a weed eater line with a knott on an end to push thru and pull out the other side.the knott would clean any stuff in the drain line.ps watch out for water and electricty.i hope this helps God bless, tom
