Question about Water Heaters
Turn tap on but not getting no hot water pilot light is working but still nothing
Your water level is too low, there should be a tap underneath the unit, switch it on and watch the water level on the dial go up, it is a safety cut out devise, but unfortunately plumbers fail to tell customers that this is something you have to check out for, hoping that you will call them out. If you look on the dial at the front of your boiler the level is usually marked off with a thick black line and you have to be sure that your water level stays inside this black line, line may be a different colour
