Question about Samsung CLX-3175FN Color Laser All-in-One Printer
Open the door and check the lever there is a little lever in ther that you need to push up if i remeber correctly now if you still get that message then you got a bad door sensor and those are tuff to handle you will need to contact samsung to have it looked at professionaly.

Where is the jam happening? Is it right at the print output tray? If it is, where only about 1/3 of the paper will comeout and stop printing, the 2nd paper sensor right about that area is defective. If you're unit is still under warranty, a service call to samsung is needed to get the part replace.

To run a quick check on your black toner, insert your old black toner back to the printer.
press on the menu button -> system -> report-> supplier info-> print. and same for your new toner, if it show u both the old n new black toner are under the same serial number. the new toner might be faulty. Invalid toner detected.
get the new toner with the box packing back to the shop for replacement.
