Question about Computers & Internet
You can do this is by doing a clean install with the installion CD you received with your laptop. If you're not in posession of it, you can contact your laptop manufacturer, who can usually send you a replacement. Insert the CD, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Remember to back-up any documents you may want to keep. The easiest way to do this is go to "My Computer" > "Local Disk (usually C:), and then copy the folder "Documents and Settings" to an external media (CD/DVD/external device).
I hope this answers your question and is of help to you. If you require any more assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.
