Question about Panasonic Home Theater System System
LISTEN...I HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE AND I DID POST MY ISSUE ON HERE ALSO. ...BUT HERE IS WHAT I DID. PANANSONIC KINDA BLEW ME OFF ALSO, SO WHAT I DID WAS I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SOMEONE CONTACTED ME AT PANASONIC AND THEY SENT ME A PREPAID LABEL TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO THEIR REPAIR SVC CLOSEST TO ME AND THEY ARE FIXING IT ON THEIR EXPENSE!!! SO...I WOULD SUGGEST YOU ALL DO THIS!!! THIS SYSTEM SHOULD BE A RECALL!!! SERIOUSLY..ANY OTHER QUESTION PLEASE LEAVE ME A MESSAGE ON HERE!!

The model number on the remote says n2qayz000001 i assume that is the model number
