Is there scale buildup on the heating element? Can you check the voltage of heating elements. They should read in the 208v range. If all checks out then I would change out the thermostat.
Sounds like the thermostat needs to be replaced adjusted or the probe to the thermostat is covered in scale, and it cannot read the temp correctly. Remove top panel and check probe, if fine no buildup, follow probe line to thermostat and set to a lower setting, if same problem replace thermostat.
The problem is either the liquid control board or there is something blocking the solenoid, or drawing water from the same line pressure. Also check the sprayhead for buildup.
Hello. Here is what I think, not looking at the unit myself, I would start by checking the heaters, both of them, and the heating circuit for a short to ground through the water, here is a link to the manual, http://www.bunnomatic.com/pdfs/commercial/manuals/41746.0000.pdf
and from page 34 on has the proper diagrams. An electrician should be able to handle a resistance check of this circuit, with a multimeter. If not you need a repair person that can, look in your phone book for Restaurant repair service. The other thing I have seen with these, is the solenoid coils have shorted out, and cause intermittent problems, but these usually blow the main board, this would be evident by black scorching either on the front or back of the board.
Hope that helped, and thank you. Ask me if you need more help.
