Question about La Pavoni Imperia Pasta Maker-Maunal (for restaurant use) - 220
I have been given an Imperia 150 pasta machine and ravioli attachment but unfortunately there are no instructions with it. whilst i can work out the basic operation I'm not sure what level of thickness of pasta i should be aiming for to use the ravioli attachement - first batch went horribly wrong - and I don't know how to clean it . . . any ideas
You can find the Imperia Pasta Maker Instructions at the following site. However, it does not include instructions for the ravioli addition.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Just attach the pasta machine to your countertop, table or cutting board with the clamp. Put the crank in the hole. The pasta goes inbetween the rollers of course and turn the crank. Start with the rollers furthest apart or the biggest number and roll the dough twice on each number. There are videos to watch on my website:
Good luck with that!
