Hate to say it, but I have five N610C laptops and they all use F10 to enter setup. Just turn on the power switch then keep pressing F10 about 1/sec until the setup text highlites. Once it does, you can stop pressing F10 and simply wait for the setup menu to appear.

How do you turn on wifi for dell latitude d610

There is not wireless switch on this model. To turn on your wireless you will need to hold down FN + F2. If this does not turn on your wireless its most probably disabled in the Bios. To enable it, press the F2 key at the Dell Logo on startup, move down to wireless, press enter and move to wireless control, make sure its set to Fn+F2/App, then move down to wireless devices and make sure it set to on. Press Esc, and save changes and exit.

The f2 key dosnt exist on these laptop ....how do i press f2??

I'm not exactly familiar with the laptop keyboard layout but the f2 button "should" be over the 1! button. You should press fn and this key to equate to an F2 key press. Absolute worse case you can try the ASCII code for F2 which would require you to hold down the alt button and enter 1 1 3 then release the alt key.

Hello. where exactly is the button on the dell latitude d410 that activates the wifi? thanks.

On Dell laptops usually the wireless is not a hardware switch but a hotkey combination. On most moels (your too I think) it should be Function + F2 to toggle wireless on or off.
