-remove the needle plate and put a drop of oil near the feed dogs where the shuttle rotates around the basket that holds the bobbin case.
-remove the screw with the offset torques screwdriver,
then oil the needle bar above and below the two supporting brackets, as well asabove the presser foot shaft and on the top of the presser foot bar.
That is as far as the consumer should go, Your local Bernina Dealer whould do a full service after 80 - 100 hours of use at that time the front and back covers will have to be removed and the main bearings cleaned and oiled.
