Question about Televison & Video
Other than suggesting a full hard reset (unplug from the mains for a couple of hours or overnight), I wouldn't suggest doing anything with it otherwise the warranty may be void.
If your concern has not been corrected after completion of the above procedure, perhaps your best bet would be to seek the services of their authorized service personnel.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up, if you would waive the warranty and try a DIY or should you need additional information.
