First, ask a Question and fill out the form. Then, once you have posted your question, add a comment to your question. When you click in the Add a Comment field, you'll see a small icon of a mountain and the sun appear, along with an icon of a filmstrip. Click on the icon of the mountain and sun. A window should pop up, whereupon you will be able to upload a picture.

If you wish to Add a Video or an Image to your question, please post your question first and then add the Video or the Image in a form of a comment.

1. Sign in to your Fixya account
2. Click your name on the top right and select "My Account"
3. Click on "My Questions" tab and locate the relevant question
4. Click on "More" > "Add Comments" > select the "Camera" or "Film" icon (make sure to add text that describes your comment)
5. Click "Choose File" > Locate the snapshot or video clip you wish to add. You can also search the web for a picture or YouTube video by clicking "Search"
6. Click "Add Image" or "Add Video", then click the "Add Comment" Green button to complete the action.

This will add an image or video to your question for the Experts to see - you can repeat the steps to add more than one file per post.

If you add a comment to your post you will see a photo icon towards the right side of the comment box. Use that to add photos.

You can add a comment to your question at any time by visiting the question page (the actual page where your question appears).

For example, the page for this question is at:

Below the blue section, there should be a comment box that reads add a comment.

You can add text, images, or videos to your question to help clarify any details you may have left out when asking your question.

Unfortunately I cannot see the picture.
Please add a comment with the same picture in 2 different formats: .jpg and .png.
That means that you open the picture, save it as each format and upload here, result = the same picture twice but in different formats - .png, .jpg.

.jpg = aswell it is called .jpeg (no difference).

The rest of your question is a guess: the 3 o'clock symbol might mean 3 o'clock.
A photo of the timer or a model number would help me answer with certainty.

Add a comment and give the model number, so I can find a picture of the timer.

log on to your facebook account and click on profile under your profile click on add/remove picture since you want to remove a picture the picture will be remove from your profile and if you choose to add another picture follow the same procedure.

may either you or your friend don"t have picture on your profile that is why you see each other on picture.what you do is add picture to profile. then you see each other.
