Hello i have a bosch classixx wte84103gb/08 condenser dryer when i start it , it goes for am while then stops and beeps with the flashing lights iron dry and cupboard dry flashing

I've recently had this and other problems with my dryer. I've tried various things but importantly it is no working.

i took the left side off and removed the water pump. It was totally gunked up. Cleaned that. Cleaned all the various pipes, hoses, compartments etc. took out tons of fluff. Also took back panel off cleaned away stacks of fluff from the heater unit and main fan. Reset the little red button on top of the thermostat. Put whole thing back together and it's working like a dream.

it sounds like the thermal fuse is bad...The back cover needs to come off, but first UNPLUG
If you have a multi-meter set to ohms and test the little bullet shaped fuse in lower area on rear back. It sets alittle left above and up from rear vent it should have two wires going to a small bullit shaped fuse being held on with one screw.. check with meter and if bad you can touch wires together and this will start stops dryer if it senses lack of air flow..they usually go bad if your vent is somewhat blocked , or totally blocked...usually before this might have to put your clothes in twice to dry them.. The wires can be insulated together so they do not touch metal..this will allow machine to run, but , you want to figure out why and correct this problem as welll ....sometimes, they just go bad.

Dryer acts as if there is no power getting to it, but it does have 220 volts. still nothing happens when the dials are turned(timer and start dial) Start dial seems a little spongy. what should be the...

The easiest way to check the door switch if you do not have a meter is to connect the wires coming to it together. Then try it. If it work the switch is bad. All you will be doing is bypassing it so you can test. If you do have a meter, the switch is a normally open switch. When the button is pushed in, it closes making a circuit. While you have the back off. Go to and look at #507. This is most likely the problem. If it is, if your not able to check these you will want to replce #505 and #506. When #506 goes bad the dryer cycles on #505. When #505 goes bad the it cycles on #507. When #507 goes out the dryer stops all together. #507 can also be put out by the vent being clogged. Good luck.

The timer was a little tough to get started sometimes, I'd have to pull the knob out and push it back in several times before it would start.

The start switch is going out. You will have to replace the whole timer on this model. Check the first 2 numbers of your serial number if it is 10 - 15 the part number is 33002855 if the first 2 numbers are 16 or greater the part number is 33002803. Please rate me after reading.

Dryer runs for a little then stops, runs, stops now won't start at all. I played with the dryer outlet switch it started again but now stopped.

It might just be getting too hot, are you drying too big of a load? could also be bearings going out, does it make a strange noise when you try to start it?

if you take the back off of your dryer and look for a little white thermo fuse with 2 wires on it if you unhook the wires and plug them together than start the dryer if it starts shut it off and replace the fuse and clean your venting

Dryer won't keep running after start button is released

On the motor is a spring loaded switch. When the motor spins fast enough, it moves and keeps the motor going. It could be stuck with lint. The spring loaded part moves parts inside where all the wires go. Look carefully, the wire locations should be marked. Don't open that part unless you're really good at putting little things back together. That part should be replaceable if it's gone bad. A little wd-40 can do a lot of wonders.

Whirlpool Imperial Dryer Model #LAE8800A0

these bearings are dry plastic pads if i am, correct, these can be lubricated very slightly with a little silicone grease where they are rubbing on when the drum rotates

if you cant use silicone grease, more or less any will do that is thick and doesn't smell, only use a very small amount so it doesn't go on the clothes

a very small amount is enough to stop the pad being dry but not enough to see? almost like wipe it on then wipe it off,
also lubricate the the pulley wheel on the belt tensioner (the little small wheel at the bottom if it has one
