sounds like the battery is fried. pull out the battery and look at it from the side. if it looks swollen its bad. you can also squeeze it with two fingers if it soft and spongy its bad. if noe of this is wrong its most likely the phone
sounds like a software problem or battery, try borrowing a battery and test it then if it doesnt work google firmware updates for you fone model otherewise take it to you service provider they can help
