Question about Roundup Garden
Generic parts can be purchased from Home Depot or Lowes. I do it all the time. Might have to modify and "make them fit" but usuallt it isn't too tough. Or, just keep an eye out this time of year for people throwing defective sprayers away. Might be able to use parst from their sprayer to fix yours.

You need to consider what materials you will be spraying. Wet table powders and sprays with relatively high solids contents will work better with a diaphragm pump than a roller pump. For tanks, plastic should be fine unless you are spraying materials which will react with the plastic. If you are concerned about it getting banged around, consider welding a roll cage or some bumpers around the tank. With 2 acres to spray, the sprayer will not be getting heavy use, so you won't need super heavy duty equipment.
