SOURCE: GE Triton not working

Jitterbugclu-
I may have the solution. Husband just turned off power to dishwasher via circuit breaker. Waited around 30 minutes.
Restored power and Triton came back with normal lights.
I just ran a cycle and all was well. Hope this helps you.
My fingers are crossed because I don't know what happened but did read on another site that this should be the first thing you try before expen$ive repairman.
Reply back if it works!

The machine keeps tripping the electricty

Was this a recent thing? Have you had the dishwasher in that same spot before with no problems? It sounds to me like you have to many amps coming from that room, or your breaker is getting weak and needs to be changed out. Most likely a 20Watt Ge breaker or Square D breaker or Siemens.

Dishwasher beeps but won't run

There could be several reasons for the beeping. The dishwasher checks for sensor to make sure it is in good health before it starts. Most likely the drawer close sensor is detecting fault. This is to ensure the drawer is closed fully to avoid water leaks when dishwasher is on. Sometimes sensor itself has failed and has nothing to do with position of drawer. Open top cover carefully to make sure the drawer is travelling ok on the rails. TAKE MAINS POWER CABLE OUT BEFORE WORKING ON DISHWASHER.

Clogged or Improperly Installed Garbage Disposer If the dishwasher won't drain and the garbage disposer was installed recently, the installer might have forgotten to knock out the drain plug from this disposer. All garbage disposers are sold with a solid plug in the drain tube for situations where a dishwasher isn't connected. However, if the dishwasher is connected, the plug will need to be removed. If the disposer wasn't replaced recently, remove the dishwasher drain hose from the disposer and clean out both the fitting on the disposer and the end of the drain hose. Most engines don't fair well under extreme heat. It's apparent you might have some electrical issue's. Your rpm's or mph arm going up and down could be faulty speed sensor would cause arm problem. I think you may have more than one problem, the car shutting off is due to engine over-heating. Check cooling system-thermostat, water pump, radiator, engine fans and coolant temp sensor and fan relay's. It could be as simple as blown radiator hose.
