That is what it is supposed to do. It is called cycling and switches off when the set temperature is reached. It is a commercial freezer, so if the door opened and closed often, that is normal?
Commercial freezers and fridges have an item called a 'Clixon' that cuts power in the case of the compressor overheating. When was the last time the fins on the compressor coils were cleaned?
Could also be a bad door seal letting cold air escape. When you close a freezer door on a unit like that, it should be really hard to open straight afterward due to the suction.
Could be a faulty thermostat. Turn the temperature to the warmest setting and see if it still does it? If it does, you need a new thermostat.
Have him check the t'stat. And freon lines. I believe the t'stat is the problem. Are the door gaskets ok and does it seal properly when closed. The fan should always run, so this could be in the rewiring. I am assuming you will be working out of a freezer where the working temp is a little higher.
Depends on what part you are looking for. I use condenser motors, evaporator motors, thermostats, and even compressors and capillary tubes that I sometimes get at local suppliers. If you're looking for gaskets, hinges, panels, tap heads or something like that it may be easier to get from True.
Okay first True uses capillary tube not an expansion valve. You say the compressor vibrates not cooling ? If the valves of the compressor are bad, he may mean internal valves but usually pressures would not be good. Give a little more detail please.
I FOUND THE PART THANK YOU BILL
