You can either format the c: drive and install new os, and go to acer.com for sound card and wireless drivers, or..... you can go to acer and they offer a recovery cd for like 20 dollars. I did the first, but can't get the bluetooth to do anything. but the rest of the computer works like a champ.

Probably the model number of your Acer Aspire 3620 is already discontinued or placed into their archive files. Also, possibility that such model was produced in limited quantity & distributed only to a certain location like in the Philippines. I suggest to email them for your concern thru firstname.lastname@example.org, for their customer service & support. best regards
Acer's ship with the factory recovery built into the system. As long as this has not been deleted you should be able to do it.
Click and Start - > All programs
and look for Acer Empowering Technology
Inside that folder there should be a few different programs (dont' have my acer here so i can't remember the names exactly). One of them will allow you to reset from the harddrive and another one will allow you to make your own recovery disks. I would do this first as that way you have a disk that you can put away in the closet in case your harddrive ever dies and needs to be replaced. If that is the case you NEED the disks as the new harddrive would not be setup to do it for you.
