Check you areators on your sink faucet that screw on the end of them someone may have remove a dime sized plate with a hole in it to restrict flow to water saving about 1.5 gals a min. sound slike they are removed if not you may need to check pressure reducing valve it would affect all your faucets if valve was set high or going bad.

Some taps are designed to release excess pressure but it could just be a dodgy tap washer that leaks when the pressure of hot water in pipe work builds. Change the tap washer in your tap, see if it fixes it, if not it's just the design.

You have water hammer effect it is caused by a fast closing valve,it can be solved by installing a water hammer arestor in the plumbing line or maybe the water pressure is too high and a pressure reducing valve can be installed in the main water line.(the pipes in the wall are not secured properly that's why they vibrate)

Looks like your recirculation pump might be bad. If your opening a valve close enough to the heater and it comes on, It sounds like it's giving your pressure switch a false reading and allowing it to come one while the farther away you get, it is not enough line pressure to overcome the safety's of the heater.

Severely reduced water pressure from lavatory faucet

Take the strainer off the spout and check to see if there is any dirt or rust buildup in the strainer. This happens when repairs have been done. It usually collects at the first place the water comes out of.
