Question about Computers & Internet
Unfortunately we are not associated to iTunes in any way so I will not be able to check your download history to see what was and wasn't downloaded. What you'll have to do is to contact iTunes support at the following website:
Just below the main frame on the page you will see three icons, one for chat, email, and phone support. You can then choose how you want to contact them. You will need to have your iPod handy as they will need the serial number from the unit. They will then be able to assist you in figuring out which songs you paid for but did not actually receive on your iPod. If you are unsure of their instructions don't be afraid to ask them to repeat themselves. I've had friends who have been in the middle of getting help from them who have pressed the wrong button at the wrong time and have wiped out their entire collection.
I hope this information will help you to resolve your issue.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
