Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console

This is called a System Error. It is about the same as the Xjunks ring of death. You need to call Sony if you haven't broken your seal yet.

you have the YLoD like the RRoD its either overheating or system failure.You need to call sony to get it fixed.Check in the instruction manual for the number.You cannot fix it
If you do get it fixed vaccum it once a week,don't play for more than 6 hours,keep it ventilated,make sure the fan can blow out into the room not into one space,the best place to sit a ps3 is a glass surface

this is the ps3 equivilent of the xbox360s red ring of death error, sorry to tell you but that means a serious system error has killed your ps3 its unfixable and you will have to send it off for a replacement
