Question about Dell XPS 200 PC Desktop
If you are running Windows XP, open the DVD tray (if you could), then load the Win XP installer.
Restart the computer, and it will tell you to press any key if you would like to boot from CD.
Just hit any key and your computer should reboot using the CD.
Thank you and good luck!

DUH! It won't "reboot" from CD unless:
1. you are looking to do a reinstall of the OS - which is not a reboot!
2. Certain files on the HDD are missing such that the CD supplies them and the reboot continues from the HDD. This is seldom the issue, but I have seen it work at times.
Depending on what your issue is, you may be able to fix it without a reinstall, but the process is not for the faint of heart.
