Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

Bought two Sakar I Concepts wireless keyboard/mouse last summer at walmart and kept them to give as Christmas presents. I have found out from both people that I gave them to that the mouse works on both of them but the keyboard does not work on either of them. The model number is 62150 on both of them and they both have the same problem. No response at all from the keyboard, though the mouse works fine. They simple won't sync up. Might as well not even have batteries in them, Which by the way are brand new batteries and power anything else we have put them in. The period to return them to walmart has long since expired.

I've used the 62150 black combo (not 62150N Deluxe silver) on XP Pro for years with no problem. Manual said to sync, press ID button on receiver and LED will blink fast, then slower. While blinking, press ID button on keyboard and mouse (need pen or something to press mouse button). If receiver LED blinks whenever you move mouse or hit keyboard, it is receiving. If OS doesn't recognize, may be connectors. I had 2 separate PS2 ports and had to use an USB adapter for the keyboard cable.

How to set up wireless keyboard and mouse

hello, attach the mouse and keyboard receiver to the PC and make sure to install the drivers if it not plug and play. the drivers usually come in a CD plate giving to you when you buy the keyboard and mouse. once that is done make sure the mouse and keyboard are turned on. ie, you must have inserted the battery into the source and usually a switch will be there to turn it on. hope it helps

I have a micro wireless keyboard, and I neeed a wireless mouse to match. Where can I buy one?

You could go to the place you bought the keyboard and see if they have a mouse too. If you want to use the same receiver though, the receiver (the part that plugs into the computer and communicates with the keyboard) you might consider purchasing a complete set, keyboard and mouse new. This has the advantage of using one USB connection on your computer. If you purchase a wireless mouse now and your receiver is not designed to support two devices, then you will use two USB connections.

I I bought a iConcepts Deluxe Wireless Desktop Duo Back Before Christmas and just got it hooked upo three days agoand the keyboard will not let me type the letter e.do i return the board to you or to...

Since you bought it before Christmas, I don't think Walmart will want to return it for you. I would recommend that you contact iConcepts... which is actually Sakar.. here's the link to what I think is your keyboard -- if it's not the right keyboard duo, just look over to the left on that page and navigate to it.. there's a 1yr warranty on it so they should do something to help you...
