Not reading some discs

I had recorded a data disc with various files with the DRU-820A using NERO. Now the same recorder is not able to recognise its own writing.
I have upgraded the firmware to version 1.0c.
It even refuses to recognise discs which it had played earlier.

wen i download videos to dvd it burns it but my dvd player dos not load it. can you sort it out. thanks sum one

Hi,

You should try a lens cleaner. The lens might just simply be dirty which is causing all your troubles.
