There is no limit switch. Maybe you are trying to drive too low an impedance load [eg, too many speakers at once]

Try shutting the limiter switch off

Where to plug in powered speaker (subwoofer) on yamaha emx88s mixer? I tried monitor but it doesnt work.

To connect powered speakers and/or subwoofers follow the instructions on page 19. Connect the powered speakers from the Main L and Main R.outputs
"MAIN (STEREO) jack: The stereo (MAIN L,R) bus signal which has passed through the MAIN MASTER control and graphic equalizer."
for the subwoofers set the YAMAHA SPEAKER PROCESSING switch on/off for best sound as desribed on page 13.
To test this I would play the song Let's Go by Calvin Harris.
for best results use a matched pair of speakers and subwoofers
such as the Electro Voice Live ELX112/ELX115 to the elx118p subwoofer.

How to listen thru headphones using a yamaha emx 88 mixer

Did sound for a southern gospel group, using a yorkville powered mixer. Not familiar with your mixer, but, on the Yorkville I had an unused 1/4" line level output with the monitor mix on it. I bought a cigar-sized, 3-channel headphone amplifier / splitter from Radio Shack, called a Boosteroo. Has 1/8" stereo plug that I adapted to the mono output, with a 1/8" stereo to 1/4" mono adaptor. It receives the line level (monitor in our case) signal and supports up to qty 3 - 1/8" plug headphones. Battery operated. No volume control, so I added an inline dial (rheostat) volume control cable. Can't pull up on Radio Shack, now, but, found it available, elsewhere, online. Worked great for me!

Can i run my bose speakers from a powered mixer

You have not mentioned which model of Bose. But anyway simple rule of thumb is make sure your amplifier output power does not exceed the speakers rated power. Speaker power rating can be higher than the amplifier . That way you won't damage the speakers.
Just remember you cannot use a domestic speaker system for a commercial purpose because they are not designed to throw sound over a great distance and cannot generate very high sound pressure levels like professional speakers do. You may not achieve any satisfaction and in return may damage the speakers by turning up the volume very high. Its like trying to race with a domestic car in a formula 1 race !!!!!.Its a loosing battle all the way.

Can I plug just one subwoofer into my Yamaha EMX88S? What kind of sub do I need to get for it? Do I need to have 2 subs plugged in for it to sound right? Do I daisy chain the subs with the A15 speakers I...

it is not reccomended to daisy chain passive subs with main speakers, because there is no crossover unit involved. you want a sub to have a crossover frequency around 100hz, so that only frequencies lower than this go through the subs, and not in the main speakers.

you could get away with 1 sub plugged into the mono output on the front, subs dont have to be stereo. you would need a self popwered sub, or an additional amplifier+crossover for passive subs. your best bet would to be to get a powered sub and hook it up to the front panel mono out. powered subs usually already have the crossover built--in.

Case 7130 Tractor Running perfect suddenly shuts off. When tring to restart notice slow engine turning and a slight metalic sound and engine sound as if no compression or something.

Check the solnoid at the injection pump. When it goes bad it will shut the fuel off when it gets hot. Sometimes you can take them apart and clean them to get you by but you will have to replace it soon.

My 2005 Ford Escape has 96K on it highway miles. I have had the butterfly problem and that was fixed. Runs fine until on the way to work I stopped with traffic and it shut off. I tried to start it and...

This will happen if the Torque converter goes bad or the TCM module. As well as any number of Solenoids inside the Transmission. When the Torque converter goes bad it the transmissions puts too much drag on the motor when you engage a gear. Basically it's like dumping a clutch on a standard. Have the transmission checked. Although I must say, if you have a mechanic or service shop looking at this I'm surprised it wasn't the first place they went after you explained the problem. You were most likely experiencing a loss of gas mileage as well. Were you using more fuel than normal prior to that point.

My furnace comes on and heates the house for about

There is a limit switch that is likely opening. Be sure your filters are clean and all registers and grilles are open and not obstructed. If the problem continues, you may have a dirty indoor coil or undersized duct work. Some models have a window where you can observe the LED lights. If when the furnace shuts down you see any blinking, you need to count the flashes and we can figure out what the problem is from there.
