Question about Refrigerators
Hi i would say your problem is going to be with the freon level, as you have just had new parts and had it refilled then the chances are the freon has had time to settle and work its way around the cooling system witch then causes the level to appear low, you should get it topped back up and make sure you use some one who can check it is not leaking freon.
It could just be it needs topping up or it may be that the unit was not sealed correctly so make sure you get it tested to ensure its not leaking.
Does it even cool if you turn it on to its coldest setting, if doing this makes little or no difference then this would point towards freon level being low
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

Tips for a great answer:
Hi fridges will warm up on the outside as they remove heat from the inside. excessive heat with not extreme cooling inside the fridge indicates a possible degridation of coolant fluid or a leak. as the motor tries to cool the fridge the thermostat inside stays on as the tempreture inside has not been reached. if you hear the motor/ pump continually running this will indicate a cooling problem.
