Need a video on how to fit n replace a capacitor on hoover dryer DYC8813B

U don't need one. All you do is locate the bad cap, unsolder the two legs one at a time, and replace with cap of similar or greater value. That is all that is to it.

If too difficult then forget about DIY.

Many of the heating elements can be seen and changed by laying the dryer on its back...the element is usually visible from the bottom. I found the part on the link I am incuding for you. Hoover VHC 691B80 Dryer Element 2100W

Takes too long to dry

Is it heating up at all? I just fixed my vision hd hoover 381 dryer by replacing the heating element. Email me if you think this might be you (matskm@gmail.com). When the dryer is running, feel the metal heater housing (carefully) on the back (silver bulge) if your model is like mine.
