If you are asking about a desktop PC, yes, they are really cheap and easy to replace. If you are asking about a laptop, it's a little bit difficult. You need to go to ebay and find a replacement fan and some laptops need complete tear down in order to replace the fan or cpu, etc. it all depends on the brand and model of the PC. Some are somewhat easy to reach the fan. I suggest you buy a Notebook cooling pad which cost really really cheap. Some are about $10. Of course there's nothing better than the internal fan of the CPU but it could be an option WHILE you take it to a repair center.

The oven wont turn on,fan works but heat wont come on

Most likely you have a faulty fan element- this is a round element that goes around the fan at the back. To check- Disconnect from power(easiest way is to switch off oven at fuse board). Remove rear panel inside oven (held on by screws), and visually check element- often you will see a blow mark on the element. Element is easily changed, although sometimes requires oven to be removed to access element wires from the back. Proceed if you are a confident DIYer, otherwise call a local service agent. Elements are readily available for $75-$125 depending on the retailer. Can give further advice if you provide a model number. Good luck!!

Oven not heating up

You need to replace the oven element, as it has probably blown.
It is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
Hope this helps.

1, If the fan motor in the back of the oven is going round and the temperature light is on (normally little red light), but there is no heat then you will probably need a new oven element, these are generally very easy to fit and readily available from our website these can be tested with a electric meter.
To gain access to the NEFF element you will have to remove the back plate from inside the oven. Once removed you will see the fan and element, if you look closely at the element you will probably see a small hole burnt in it where it has blown. Sometimes however there is no evidence of a fault but the element is open circuit ie: broken inside the element casing, either way it will need replacing. Some elements will are fixed from inside the oven and some are held in place by nuts from the rear of the machine.
2, If your NEFF fan oven is getting warm but takes a very long time to cook or is burning the food more on one side than the other, then you need to check if your oven fan motor is working you will see the blade turning fast if it is ok. if the element is heating but the fan motor is not blowing the heat into the oven then you need To replace the oven fan motor is a little more expensive and a bit more involved.
3. If you have the opposite problem ie: your oven is over heating and burning everything then you will need to replace your NEFF oven thermostat
4, A quite common and easily overlooked answer is if your NEFF oven is not working at all ie: no heat and no fan then the chances are that someone has put the oven timer into AUTO mode, simply put oven back to MANUAL mode and all should be working again.

Compressor works, interior fan? seems to blow a little fan by compressor does not blow, freezer will not frreze fridge area cool not cold

The refrigerator will not operate properly if the compressor fan does not turn. This fan is what removes the heat from the refrigerant by pulling room air across the coils.

You will need to replace the fan motor. These are readily available at the numerous internet sites that sell appliance parts. It will likely be around $100.00. These are usually held in place with some kind of bracket and will have electrical connections. It likely will be an easy repair if access is easy.
