I have a 2002 maxima 134k miles. There is a scrubbing noise coming from my driver side wheel when im driving and more so when I make right turns. One shop said it was brakes, it was not. One shop said it was bearings. I replaced it and it still making noise. Its also very bumping at about 65mph. I also have tire wear. Could it be struts? If so, that doesn't explain the noise im hearing when the car is rolling.

Pull the wheel off and look for bends in the rim, or buldges in the tire, sounds like a broke belt in the tire to me.

Sounds like you have a wheel bearing going out. Try swerving car left to rt on a straight road with NO traffic. If the noise is louder one way and less or gone the other it's a wheel bearing

Would sooner think wheel bearing, should be able to hear the noise or feel play in the bearing if jacked up. Abs light on? often a bad bearing will get metal in the sensor and turn on the ABS light also.

2004 Nissan Maxima RATTLING NOISE from ENGINE

I have a 2002 maxima with 75k mile and heard a rattling which died down after it warmed up.

It was a bad timing chain pulley. Don't wait too long before fixing that!

My 1999 chevy tracker 78k miles rear drivers side leaks a fliud and makes a light scrubbing noise brakes and drums were replaced it may have something to do with 4wheel drive axle i was told has anyone had...

Is the fliud a lite clear brown/tan (brake fliud) or is it a dark black colour (gear oil)? It sounds like you have a brake fluid leak. Check your steel line on the rear axle and then remove the wheel and drum and check the wheel cylinder. Top up your Master cylinder and bleed the brakes. You might find the light scrubbing noise gone.
