Question about Computers & Internet
One of the solution to disable the password is to remove the CMOS battery on the system board and replace it back after waiting a few minutes. You must unplug all the power cables from the laptop before doing this.
The CMOS battery must be replaced correctly after removing and waiting for a few minutes.
In that case you will need technical help to unscrew and find the CMOS battery of your laptop. (CMOS memory is a kind of memory that is used to store information such as the password, time, date etc. and a small battery is used to make sure that the data it holds is always preserved. It is on the main board of the laptop.)
- Also using password recovery software/tools can solve this problem but you must purchase that software and follow the instructions of that software.
Hope this helps.
