These Device Manager codes can be tricky to troubleshoot, but
essentially a Code 10 means that the Operating System and the drive are
not "talking" to each other. This can be the result of driver
corruption, hardware failure, firmware lock, or device configuration
Try to uninstall it via Device Manager and reboot, and see if it reinstalls and you dont get the any codes then ok. If that doesnt solve the problem you might have to buy a PCI ethernet card. They cost around $10 to $15. I hope this helps
