j11 indicates that the paper is not being fed from the paper cassette 2.
This can be caused by incorrectly loaded/thick paper. Cassette not correctly adjusted.
Paper feed rollers need to be cleaned or replaced. Blockage or parts failure.
What To Do When : WIN appears on the dashboard of a Chery J11 SUV : Easy fix just a push of a button...Push the little button with the snowflake on it, it is to the left of the gear shift. This button allows the car to accelerate in 2nd gear in snow or icy conditions. It is also only to be used for this purpose any other use of this switch will burn the gear box out as the internal temperature will become critical fast.
On most Kyocera Mita copiers a J-11 code indicates a possible paper jam when paper is being fed from drawer #1, but sometimes a J-11 will be indicated when the paper fails to feed from the drawer. Check the paper stops and paper guides in the drawer and make sure that they are flush against the paper, also cleaning the paper feed and pick-up rollers with a rag dampened with just plain water will help sometimes unless the rollers are completely worn out. If all this doesn't help you may have a paper feed clutch or lift motor that has failed.
