Question about Insignia Kix NS-1A10F MP3 Player
On the screen, it reads writing with 2 arrows above it. now the mp3 player is frozen, I cant even turn it off. please help, someone! what do I do now??
I had a similar problem with mine, but this may not apply to you. I used my kix on my new macbook, and it worked fine. But when I tried to use it on my family's xp computer afterwards it said that it was writing and media player wouldn't pick it up but the computer itself did. My guess is the problem comes from switching systems between windows and apple. I also never bothered with disconnecting it "properly", which I recommend since it may have also caused the problem. But tell me if this helps.
