Question about Samsung DVD-VR357
I've had my VR357 over 6 months with no real problems. Tonight I was watching a TVonDVD disc and was navigating a dvd menu when the machine completely froze up. It wouldnt't respond to any buttons pushed on the remote or on the machine until I powered it off. I tried to eject the disc, but it is stuck, and now the machine won't pass along the signal from the tv station input or allow output from VHS tapes played to the TV; i.e. when the machine is on, I get no signal sent to the TV, regardless of what mode the VR357 is in, dvd or vhs. I have tried powering on and off for over an hour, but it won't eject the disc -- any suggestions?
Try unplugging the machine so it will reset itself. Then plug it back in. That has worked for me in the past.
