Question about Copystar CS-1500 Copier

We have a copystar cs1500 that is giving a J11 error code. Apparently they overfilled the paper tray and it curled up in there. They took some of the paper out, but it's still giving a J11 code. I took out the paper feed tray and there is no jam. I opened the back door and there is no jam there either. But it still will not copy.

Error Code E07


  • Open the drawer the printer is currently pulling from when the error message "E07" appears on the display. Verify that the paper in the drawer is the correct size and close the drawer firmly!

    THE MACHINE INDICATE J11 WHAT IS THE PROBLEM


    j11 indicates that the paper is not being fed from the paper cassette 2.
    This can be caused by incorrectly loaded/thick paper. Cassette not correctly adjusted.
    Paper feed rollers need to be cleaned or replaced. Blockage or parts failure.

    Getting a error message JAM11 on copier CS-1815?


    A paper jam in the
    paper feed section
    is indicated during
    copying or printing
    (no paper feed from
    the cassette).
    Jam code 11
    Paper in the cassette is
    extremely curled.
    Check if the feed roller is
    deformed.
    Defective registration sensor.
    Check if the feed clutch
    malfunctions.
    Electrical problem with the
    feed clutch

    Hp2300 jams half way out of tray 1 and tray 2


    1. Up to where paper traveled.. If its reached up to Fuser assembly & curl folds accrued under cartridge.. replace Teflon sleeve or Fuser assembly.
    2. If paper traveled up to Fuser out(near 2-3 inch)...Clean/replace/flag Fuser out paper sensor
    3. If paper traveled up to registration assembly:Clean registration sensors/flags.
    4. Check pickup rollers.

    Paper will not feed


    Paper feeding problems can be related to the media (paper) condition,paper jams or paper quality or the printer.

    1.Remove any jammed paper from the your printer.

    2.Lift any covers and lids, and wipe the rollers with a soft, damp cloth. A light colored cloth will help you identify dirt that comes off the rollers.

    3.Use fresh paper for your printer. Use dry, flat paper. Don't overfill the tray. Discard any paper that curls or is wrinkled.

    Depending on which paper tray you select, one of two error message is flashing on the readout: E70 or -A4. We cannot detect a paper jam. What do these codes mean and how do we correct it?


    the error means that the size of the original does not match the size in the paper tray. select the tray you want use withe paper select key then make your copies

    Paper jam


    You are receiving this error message because there is a paper jam or the top (photo) tray is not securely in position and the printer cannot initialize. This error message can appear for an ESP 7, ESP 9, ESP 7250, or ESP 9250 all-in-one printer.
    To resolve a paper jam, we have an easy Step-by-Step Solutions and Repair tool. Within the tool, select All-in-one printer, then Paper jam.

    When you clear the paper jam:
    1. Make sure you open the paper output tray and inspect the top tray for photo paper that could be jammed inside or that remains in the nip at the entrance.
    2. Pull out the bottom paper tray and clear any paper jams.
    3. Remove the duplexer from the back of the printer and clear any paper jam.
    NOTE: Curled photo paper could induce a paper jam. To prevent curling:
    • Store un-printed paper in a tightly closed plastic bag or in its original packaging.
    • Store sealed packages of paper flat, and not on
    • When you are ready to print, take only the paper intend to use immediately.
    To remove curl in photo paper:
    1. Place the paper in a plastic bag or in its original packaging.
    2. Gently bend the paper in the opposite direction of the curl, then insert it into a tube-a paper towel tube works well.

      NOTE: The tube should be larger than 1.5 in. (4 cm) in diameter.
    3. After a few minutes, remove the paper from the tube.
    4. Remove the paper from the plastic bag or packaging.
    5. Verify that the curl has been removed from the paper. Repeat the steps above if necessary.
    If the top paper tray is not securely in position and the printer cannot initialize (you may hear a grinding noise, and the top paper tray will not open), contact Kodak.

    Kyocera mita j11 error code


    On most Kyocera Mita copiers a J-11 code indicates a possible paper jam when paper is being fed from drawer #1, but sometimes a J-11 will be indicated when the paper fails to feed from the drawer. Check the paper stops and paper guides in the drawer and make sure that they are flush against the paper, also cleaning the paper feed and pick-up rollers with a rag dampened with just plain water will help sometimes unless the rollers are completely worn out. If all this doesn't help you may have a paper feed clutch or lift motor that has failed.

    HP LaserJet 1022 Error Message


    I had exactky the same issue. The problem is not with the front door or the cartridge. I solved this as there was a very small paperjam. If you take out all the paper and shine a torch into the printer you may find a small piece of paper stuck on the sensor that is causing the problem
