This happened because you downloaded and installed a trial version of windows 7.You will need to buy the full version for the program to work properly.Just get the disk insert it,restart the computer and go to the setup menu. There you will be able to install the program.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Best thing to try before anything is to run your computer in safe mode.
Make sure the computer is off and not in sleep or in hibernate.
Power the computer on and click the F8 key till you see below image.
Image is from a Windows 7 - Most versions of windows will be the same Or similar. Screen defaults to 640 X 480 in safe-mode!

Choose safe mode with networking. If while running your computer in safe mode and it never blue screens - Then chances are, you have a software, driver or virus issue - Most cases. If your computer continues to crash in safe mode. Your system most likely has a hardware issue. Common: Computer Memory and/or hard drive.

The windows files are corrupted or the hard drive has issues, load cd installation disc if available, if that fails have the hardware checked for possible replacement.

(2) It's might be there is some issue with ur RAM. Remove ur RAM n gently n clean ur RAM with pencil eresar. Then reinstall it.

touching a bios update is a bad idea most people crashes motherboards doing that. the only thing you can try put the stock bios back but i wont like you used it before may have fail boots anyway the problem can be with ram's and HDD, you need to check them with another machine for the HDD observe the temperature if it reach above 46c then you have problem with HDD. good luck :)

How can i install windows xp sp3 in compaq presario cq60-104tu.

Ok it must be one of this problems:

1) you had vista, you wanted xp for whatever reason. you are doing a fresh install using the service pack 3 disk. there is hardware combatiblity issues and must stay with vista. this is becoming more common with the life of xp coming to an end.

2) you had xp and are reinstalling and hardware has failed.

3) you had service pack 2 or before and are updating your service pack and there is some issue with hardware or software.
