i dont think wwe games run perfectly in dell inspiron mini because they require high memory graphic card and dell inspiron mini does not have high memory graphic card....minimum 512 mb graphic card is required to run wwe games perfectly....may be you should try older wwe games.
If the bios upgrade was not the correct version, came from a source other than dell or is corrupt speak to dell. There may be a way of resuing the motherboard. Hope that helps.
