Plustek 4831P Problem

Hi,

I bought a Plustek optic pro 4831P scanner a few days ago, however
colour scans do not work properly.  The scan is too green and all red's
appear green and all greens appear pink.  Also, the colour's seem to
split, eg a line appears as 3 different coloured lines.  Black and white and
greyscale scans work fine.  I have tried using the enhancements and
different options in the twain program, but it doesn't help.

I am using a cyrix 6x86MX 200+ with 60MB and running Win '98.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
