IR 105 E012

Replaced so far: DC Controller, Drum Drive, Drum Shaft and Bearings. I have separated out the wires and connectors and cut all wire ties. Wires ohm out fine. The machine warms up to 193C the drum motor turns on and the code shows up every time. I can run the drum motor in service mode and it comes up OK.

How to clear an error fo canon copier ir 6800 cn with an e000061-0001

A E000061 is a drum potenal problem. It means the drum is not charged up correctly. It could be as simple as replacing the two post corona wires and cleaning the grid or making sure the primary charge unit is installed correctly. It may also, be a broking grid or corona wire > you may have to replaced the primary charge unit??? It could also be the drum potenal sensor or the DC controller or the drum..... I'd go for the simple stuff first and you can not clear the problem till the problem is fixed > Before I forget, you can also, turn the drum potenal off in service mode... It's just a band aid, it will not solve the problem..... Good Luck

E000007-0000 errorquick solution in IR 2200 Canon printer

Fixing film rotation error

An error in the rotation of the fixing film is detected.
The reading of the main thermistor is 100°C or higher and, in addition, the
fixing film sensor does not detect the rotation of the film for 6 sec or more
while the fixing motor is driven.

Main cause: The fixing film sensor (PS45) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Caution: To clear the error, execute the following in service mode:

1. Wiring
Are the wring and the connectors connected securely?
DC controller PCB (J311) <-> relay connector <-> fixing film sensor
NO: Connect the wiring and the connectors.
2. Fixing film sensor
Check the fixing film rotation signal. When the fixing motor is rotating, is
the film rotation detection signal sent by the fixing film sensor to the
concoctor J311 of the DC controller PCB?
Film rotation detection signal: 5V pulse signal between J311-A9
(FILM_ROT_D) and J311-A8 (GND); at intervals of 100 msec ON and 440
msec OFF
NO: If the fixing film is normal, replace the sensor.
3. Fixing film unit, DC controller PCB
Is there a fault in the fixing film edge rotation detection mechanism?
YES: Replace the fixing film unit.
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.

E069 problem with my ir 105 tell me what to do?

these means that you have high voltage error, probably in high voltage pcb or somewheare in transfer assy.
These can occure if you mess around with bias settings or if you have fluctuation in your power supply network. The network should be checked first.
Here you go the things that can be faulty also:
- Check if the transfer charging assembly and separation
charging assembly are mounted properly.
- Check if the connector (T701, J723, J730) of the HVDC
PCB is mounted properly and also check the wiring.
- Replace the HV-DC PCB.
- Replace the pre-transfer charging assembly

Hope that helps!
