Hello,the problem you are facing is simply caused by either of the two things listed below,
1.mistakenly deleted your message center number
2.having a problem with the service provider sending system.
When you mistakenly delete your message center number,all you need to do is just to look for someone who uses the same network with you,and you visit the person's message center number on the message settings.it's not necessary the person must be using a blackberry,it could be a nokia,samsung and others.all you need from them is the message center number.
Having problem with the service provider means probably they might be experiencing a bad network quality from their server,so i will advice you call them to get them aware about the problem you facing.i hope this helps and also solve your problem.
