Question about Kodak EasyShare V603 Digital Camera
I dropped my kodakv603 on the floor.turned it back on imediately and it turned on fine everything was normal.and then i tried to take a picture and the main,capture button doesnt work! therefor,i cant take pictures while everything else is working?..
im thnking the circuit thing inside is cut off or something.
anyone can help please!!!
PS: we took it to the shop and they are charging us twice what the camara costs brandnew to fix it!

Unfortunately, as you have found, the cost to repair these cameras is usually not viable, as it is cheaper to replace the camera.
Even if it is repaired, often the impact from being dropped can cause small fractures in boards or loosen the optics and while they may work ok now, can continually develop faults later.
My advice would be to replace the camera, as you will also get a new warranty as well.
