Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Thanks for using Fixya.
The possible solutions for your problem are:-
(i) Check the ink levels
Some products continue to print even after the cartridges are completely out of ink.
Click the Windows icon< Hardware and Sounds< Printers<Right-click the icon for the product<Properties<Click Printing Preferences<Click the Features tab< Printer Services button. The Toolbox window opens.
Click the Estimated Ink Levels tab.
If the ink level indicators show that a cartridge is empty, replace the cartridge.
(ii) Restart the printer
(iii) Restart the computer
(iv) Check the printer cables
(v) Make sure the computer has adequate free hard drive space.Printing requires a certain amount of free hard drive space to process print jobs and send them to the product.
(vi) Check the printer settings on the computer.
If these steps do not solve your problem, then revert back with your Printer model.
Good Luck and have a nice day.
