I am so sorry but you are going to have to explain to me what you are talking about and all these terms in the last comment.

Well actually it also depends on your SP? and you maybe asking yourself why what do they have to do with it? The SP's out there load different softwares on the different versions of the Razr V3 Some allow for Bluetooth transfer over OBEX. some do not. VZW, SPRINT PCS, METRO PCS, ALLTEL do not they work of BREW software ( very limited). So even though your phone might have featured that, the SP might have crippled it with their software..Also there is a problem with Motorola's knowledge of the V3 with Bluetooth Transfer aka OBEX. hope this helps!

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Some phone service providers block the transfer of files. It depends on who your service is through. I know Verizon and Sprint block them when I try to send from my phone to others with those providers.

How do i download songs on to my motorola razr v3m

there are mainly 2 ways to download/transfersongs to your Moto V3 - USB cable & Bluetooth
(though you can also download from internet at the cost of airtime).

USB Cable:
- download and install this usb driver - http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/Common/Drivers%20and%20Plug%20ins/USB_Driver_32.zip
- connect the Motorola to the computer through USB cable.
Now you can copy/transfer songs from your computer.

Bluetooth:
Using Bluetooth you can transfer songs from any other Bluetooth device(other Mobile or computer which has Bluetooth)
- Switch On your V3's Bluetooth. Press Menu -> Setting & Tools -> Connections -> Bluetooth -> Setup -> Power -On

- Make your V3 visible to other device. Press Menu -> Setting & Tools -> Connections -> Bluetooth -> Setup -> Find Me

- Now from any other mobile(having Bluetooth), select any song, go to its options, select either Send/Copy which has option To Bluetooth (it'll prompt to switch On the Bluetooth, answer yes)

- click on Search for Device. this will find your V3 in few seconds.

- after this it may ask to set a password, set a 4 digit password, say 1111

- now your V3 will also ask to confirm the password, keyin 1111

- You can see the progress of your song transfer.
(for next song you'll only have to say Ok on V3, password etc. step only one time)

Transfer pics frm moto razr v3 to laptop using bluetooth

Check your bluetooth connection with the PC and use Moto Tools suite to transfer photos . Other option is to simply make a connection with your PC and send photos one by one or mark all , send all to PC via bluetooth connection

Will not auto connect to Prius bluetooth

It may be the setting for the bluetooth device on your V3.
Go into bluetooth,
Click on device history,
Go to your device and click edit and check the settings in there.

I don't know if you have already checked this but I hope it helps anyway.

Oh yes, I've had this problem before too. It's a service provider block. They make it so that you cannot send files to other phones so that they can make more money. Some service providers do it, some don't.
