Hi,

This message is generally received when the belt has worn out or there are few broken teeth on the belt.Look for the drive belt, as if it is not good the cariage will be stuck., also look for the cleaning station me by this go not out of the head so the head is blocked

Please clean and lubricate the rail, and also carefully inspect the path for stray pieces of paper.

Check for little pieces of black rubber under the belt and encoder strip.
I have also seen 2 other fixes: a dirty encoder strip (the plastic strip with little hash marks on it) and a faulty cutter. But most of the time it is the belt

Problem with Printhead Path

Something (not sure what) is obstructing the movement of the carriage assembly. Turn off the power and remove the cleaners. Push the carriage assembly out and pull/push the belt to move the carriage assembly until you find the bind. If you've recently changed the belt or carriage assembly, make sure you properly adjusted the carriage height.

Switch power off check printhead (1)

Good morning. The CHECK PRINT HEAD PATH error is caused by the sensors on the print head carriage sending signals to the electronics that the carriage speed is incorrect. Generally, this is a mechanical problem caused by an obstruction, such as a paper jam or some other item in the paper path. However, the most common reason for the error is a worn out carriage belt. Look under the belt to see if there is debris resembling pencil erasure crumbs. If the crumbs are present, your belt is disintegrating and needs to be replaced. What do I need to look for or do to get it back on track?
