Cobra 8510 immobiliser fitted to my ford excort rs turbo

When you say the Immobiliser is broken... Do you mean the touch key?
The 8510 touch key is prone to the internal contacts failing. If you open the case up and reconnect it then you should be able to disarm the immobiliser
You should have two touch keys so try your spare on first.
Be warned... You will need 1 working touch key to program a spare or the system will lock out and will need replacing

Hope this helps!

As for Sutty

Sounds like the system has lost power if the LED is not flashing. Have you made sure cars the battery is not flat?

Car radio code

ok i dont know if this helps but i looked up some info on getting your radio code back

i dont know the codes off hand but this is what general consences says

"if you look on the right hand side of the radio, you will see a four digit code beginning with a letter. it is usually located near a bar code, and sometimes it says the word 'security' by it."
also Renault dealer can find out the code for that radio.

i copied and pasted this from a friend from the sterio installation bay at best buy
hope this infor helped

That's a generic light telling you something is being picked up by the computer. It's called the "check engine" light. You'll need to take it to a repair shop where they can plug into the on-board computer and determine what the problem is. It's usually just a sensor or something like that. Don't let it go too long because if the problem gets too bad, it could shut down your engine and not let you start it... then you'll need a tow truck.
