Plug the mp3 to the pc. Open the mp3 device folder. Put the songs that you want it the player. Then unplug the player. The songs are already in the mp3 player.

We do not know how many songs the player holds?

The number of songs will depend on the size of your MP3 player and it will also depend on how big the songs are.

Usually, the sizes of the songs starts at 3.4MB, 4.5MB, 5MB and higher. If you're going to load songs that has 5MB size, and the player is 512MB, it means that you could load up to 100 or 102 songs.

But if the songs are bigger than 5MB, then you could probably load for less than 100 songs.

Thank you and good luck!

I was in SC using my ipod 3MPplayer (shuffle) on my sister's computer and could download songs. When I returned home and tried to buy more itunes songs, I pushed the wrong button and erased all the...

You will have to download the song files to your player again. Plug the player into your USB port and turn it on. The player should now be visible in "My Computer". If it is not there, leave it plugged in and re-boot. Your operating system will detect the player and load drivers for it. Now it should be visible as a removeable drive. All you need to do now is download your song files to this 'drive' using copy and paste.

Cant delete music from it,and the pc doesent see it to load to

Try this using your computer Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player. Good Luck, I hope this helps Please rate me, Thank You

You can use Media Player 10 or 11 to download your songs back to the player, just be sure that the songs you download to it are of the formats MP3 or WMA as those are the only audio format that is supported by this MP3 player.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

Problem recognizing songs in sansa e260 mp3 player.

From what I'm hearing you don't have a good driver. If you still have the disk use that. If not google it or something. I have a Sansa e260 as well so I would suggest loading the songs on in windows media player rather that windows explorer. If you open Media Player and then go to sync and it does not recognize your device, then you have a bad driver. If not, then start syncing your songs that way.

Hope everything works,
