Question about Garden
My Bolens lawn tractor will not go into neutral and will not start. It had a tune up a year ago but the rear wheels are locked up and there is no sound at all when you try to start it. It appears the linkage underneath is moving but it is not going into neutral. Any help would be appreciated.
Is the neutral safety switch located underneath the riders seat on this machine being depressed fully to make connection or could this switch be bad,if its bad the unit will not start, because the seat, transmission switch, and start circuit are in series and one that isn't closed(as in a switch) will not pass current to the start circuit
