When the power indicator light are blinking, indicate that the TV are in protection mode.
Undo the Back and check for bad caps in the power board, or any blow fuse.

Hello Ckzweibah, the problem is the power supply board, we usually replace the entire board, but before replacing the board, have a check on the main board for leaking or bulging capacitors, or anything unusuall such as water marks, or metal objects, loose wiring burned parts, if else a ok, go for the replacement of the said board.
